Drexel University Chris Fouch alson known by other NCAA coaches as "SHOOTER" is getting the job done for his Drexel Dragons and he's coming off the bench. The 2009-2010 CAA Rookie of the Year is now in his 2nd season and is leading his team in scoring at 17.5ppg.
